How much will my website cost?+
A focused one-page website typically starts from £350, while a multi-page small-business website usually starts from £550. The final price depends on the number of pages, content and functionality required. After an initial conversation, I’ll provide a clear scope and fixed quote before any work begins. These are starting prices, not promises that every project will cost exactly that amount.
How does payment work?+
Projects are normally split into two payments: a 50% deposit to reserve the project and begin work, followed by the remaining 50% once the website has been approved and before it goes live. For a £550 project, that would be £275 before starting and £275 after approval and before launch. The project scope, price and payment schedule will be agreed in writing before work begins.
Are there any ongoing costs?+
Your domain, hosting and any paid third-party services are separate from the website project price. I’ll explain the available options before anything is purchased. You’ll pay providers directly, so the relevant accounts, billing and ownership remain in your name.
How long will my website take?+
A one-page website usually takes around 1–2 weeks, while a larger small-business website normally takes 2–4 weeks. The exact schedule depends on the project and how quickly content and feedback are provided. You’ll receive an agreed timeline before work begins.
Can I request changes?+
Yes. Each project includes two structured revision rounds, giving you an opportunity to review the design and request reasonable changes within the agreed scope. Additional work or new functionality can be quoted separately.
Can you help if I already have a website?+
Yes. I can refresh an older website, improve the mobile experience, update content or solve a focused list of problems.
Do I need to provide all the words and images?+
Not necessarily. I can help organise and refine your content, and I’ll tell you exactly what photos or information will make the site stronger.
Can we work together remotely?+
Absolutely. I’m based in the UK and work remotely, with straightforward calls, shared feedback and clear updates throughout.
